The online stock on the site is updated in real time. So IN STOCK means IN STOCK.
We are in France, and after shipment the delivery time to France is generally 24/48 working hours (deadline not guaranteed but, in the vast majority of the time, respected). For Belgium count about 3 days, 4 to 7 days for the rest of Europe.
You may track your orders and your shipments directly on our website, via your account, category "order history and details", then click on the "details" button of the order you want to track.
ITEMS IS STOCK
An order made up exclusively of products indicated IN STOCK (and payed by credit card) is dispatched the same day if placed early enough before the pick-up of the packages by our delivery service (which passes randomly between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.), if too late it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and exceptional closures).
In case of payment by bank transfer, the conditions are the same, once the payment has been received in our account.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
Items sold from stock are deactivated from sale if they are out of stock, so there are no bad surprises.
In the event of a stock error (rare but not impossible) the customer is contacted as soon as possible to see together the solution he prefers (cancellation or waiting for the product).
ITEMS BY ORDERING
Be careful, however, we also offer items made by ordering only, if this is the case this is very clearly stipulated on the product page (with a reminder in the basket), and if you order in the same order products "in stock " and products "on order", or products with different manufacturing times, the order will be shipped in a single package, when all items are available.
The announced manufacturing time is the usual time generally observed, it is indicative, it is in no way guaranteed.
Comment voir sur le site si un produit est EN STOCK, HORS DE STOCK ou SUR COMMANDE?
Cela est précisé par 3 fois:
1 - sur la page de catégorie, où sont listés tous les produits
en stock:
attention, cela signifie ici qu'il y a du stock sur ce produit, mais pas forcément sur toutes les options,
il faut ensuite rentrer sur la page du produit et cliquer sur une option pour en connaître la disponibilité
sur commande:
hors de stock:
cela signifie ici que sur ce produit il n'y a pas du tout de stock, même s'il y a plusieurs options
2 - sur la page de chaque produit, une fois l'option sélectionnée s'il y en a une
en stock:
sur commande:
hors de stock (commande impossible, on ne peut pas cliquer sur le bouton "ajouter au panier"):
s'il n'y a pas d'option (taille, coloris...) la disponibilité est affichée tout de suite:
