Shipping costs

We are in France. We are an online saddlery only. We have no store open to the public.

Our carrier is DPD.

You may track your shipments directly on our website, via your account,

category "order history and details", then click on the "details" button of the order you want to track.

Shipping costs are charged as a fixed amount, that means they do not increase regardless of the number of items you order,

within weight and volume standards imposed by our carriers.

If these standards are exceeded, the customer may be asked for an additional contribution to the shipping costs.

No exemption or discount will be granted on the payment of this fixed participation for any reason whatsoever.

All our parcels are delivered exclusively by hand and against signature.

No deposit in mailbox in case of absence.

You must therefore be present for the delivery,

and reachable by phone to possibly guide the deliverer.

with DPD Predict:

2,90€- FREE FROM 250€ OF BUYING

SPECIAL PRICE - CORSE and coastal islands: extra + 14€ (see details at the page botton)

SPECIAL PRICE - difficult areas and mountain areas: extra +4€ (see details at the page bottom)

No delivery of saddle in Point Relais.

DELIVERY TIME:

Your order will be shipped within 1 or 2 worked days after payment

(provided that all the ordered items are indicated "in stock").

Add to that the delivery time, which is:

1-2 worked days to Metropolitan France,

2-4 worked days for zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

These times are indicative. DPD does not guarantee its delivery times.

Our shipping costs are not negotiable.

We do not make any profit on the shipping costs we charge,

we pay a large part of the shipping costs actually paid to our deliverer,

the customer pays only a contribution to these costs.

The shipping costs paid by the customer also include the cost of packaging (boxes, tape, flocking, etc.).

All packages are sent DPD with a tracking number and delivery against signature.

When you order is sent you will receive and e-mail with the tracking number.

In case of you ordered items labeled "by ordering only"

the whole order will be shipped in one and only parcel when all products are available.

POSTAL CODES OF AREAS SUBJECT TO EXTRA DELIVERY COSTS - FRANCE

These areas are defined by our carrier DPD.

This supplement remains to be paid by the customer even in the case of an order eligible for free shipping.
